Congratulations! Your paper has been selected for publication and presentation during the Digital City EXPO being held May 20-21, 2009. Below you will find important deadlines, guidelines and templates to facilitate the paper and presentation submission process.

Important Deadlines

The Digital City EXPO Program Committee has established the following schedule for submission of draft papers and presentations, their peer-view and submission of final papers and presentations:

October 23, 2008
  • First-round peer reviews of abstracts completed and comments returned to authors
December 1, 2008
  • Submit second draft of paper for second peer-review
February 12, 2009
  • Submit presenter introductions
  • Deadline for final PowerPoint Presentations
Templates

All presentations must be submitted using the Digital City EXPO slide template.
